Flat Spray Nozzles
- Provide a uniform pattern with more forward velocity than round spray nozzles
- Effective with target distances from 6-12"
- Can help the powder reach recessed areas of profiled parts
- larger slots will generally provide a wider spray pattern as well as lower velocity useful for applications with high powder outputs.
- Nozzles with narrow slots will concentrate the powder into a tighter spray pattern
Multi-Spray Adapter
- Fits over existing flat spray nozzles
- Can be adjusted to create three new pattern widths without chaning the nozzle
- Position 1 is a wide pattern, position 2 medium, position 3 is narrow.
- Typically, use position 3 to apply powder in deeper cavities and reset to position 1 to fill in areas and build film specifications.
Round Spray Nozzles
- Produce a softer round spray pattern
- Most effective with close target distances
- Very close target distance may result in blowing the powder off the part
- The forward velocity is broken by the deflector as it exits the gun.
- Available in a range of diameters
Specialty Nozzles
We also supply nozzles for porcelain enamel and tribo guns, along with specialty nozzles, such as metallic nozzles.
Super Corona Ring
On certain applications such as when both thicker powder layers and a high visual coating quality are required the Super Corona ring can be added to minimize orange peel and improve penetration. Typical fields of application for the Super Corona are the coating of drawers, rims and profiles.
