With outstanding transfer efficiency, short color change times and high availability, OptiFlex®2 offers you everything you need to achieve higher productivity in powder coating. The high-performance injector IG06 and the newly designed nozzles are, through their construction and the use of top-quality materials, optimized for maximum efficiency and excellent coating results. Thanks to the powerful purge mode (30 Nm3), the entire powder path from the injector to the gun tip can, for the first time, be completely cleaned. Benefit from short color change times.
Each OptiFlex2 Manual Powder Coating Series unit is self-contained and includes all necessary hoses, air lines and fittings ready to connect to your air and 240V supply and run.
- Efficient Powder Charging - The Optiflex 2 uses a high performance integrated cascade, with 100,000 volts of first pass power, to efficiently charge all types of powders.
- Spray Nozzles - a new generation of spray nozzles provide excellent powder distribution and penetration needed to coat difficult geometries.
- On-Gun remote control allows flexibility to adjust common parameters including PowerClean without looking away from the work-piece.
- The Advanced Control Unit allows you to easily apply challenging powders such as metallic or special effect. Using Precision Charge Control (PCC) to ensure greater accuracy and adjustability of current settings below ten microamperes (10 µA).
- Operators can choose from 3 pre-set programs (flat parts, complicated parts or recoat parts) or can store up to 20 custom programs for fine control.
- PowerClean™, a new development from ITW Gema, cleans the entire powder path from the pump to the gun tip using powerful blasts of air for thorough fast colour changes.
- High Performance Powder Pump is ultra-efficient and employs the most effective angle to deliver consistently amounts of powder at reduced air consumption.
