Nova 2000 blast helmet
- The Nova 2000 is our top of the range Blast Helmet which has been designed and developed for blasting professionals.
- Air duct distribution system - diffuses an even air flow through the helmet to cool the user, and prevent lens fogging.
- Fully CE Marked and conforms to EN 271 and NIOSH
- The Nova 2000 meets requirements for ANSI Z87.1 for Eye Protection and ANSI Z89.1 for Head Protection.
- Protection via outer, intermediate, and inner viewing lenses. Tinted lenses are also available.
- Luxurious pillow foam padding - ensures the helmet sits comfortably on your head. Velcro mounted and easily removed for cleaning.
- Super tough helmet shell - made of high density polyethylene, U.V. stabilized and abrasion resistant.
- Low Flow Indicator - floating indicator in view of the operators line of vision shows if air flow drops to below HSE stipulated 170 litres / min.
- Rugged removable face frame and Wide Double Lens - mounted on an integral moulded hinge and secured with a super strong latch.
- Multi layered sound deadening foam - makes this helmet one of the quietest on the market.
- Tough nylon cape and detachable inner cape - for protection from rebounding abrasive
Panorama and defender blast helmets
The Panorama Blast Helmet (yellow) is named due to its wide field of vision. The Defender Blast Helmet (blue) is sometimes favored by contractors for its simple robust design.
- Fully CE Marked and conforms to EN 271
- Lightweight but robust glass fibre re-enforced polyester construction
- Consumable spares such as visors held ex-stock.
- Screens which can be easily be changed without the need to remove the helmet.
- Detachable Cape and Muffler can be replaced
- Supplied complete with pre-set air flow regulator, and heavy duty cape and muffler.
- Both Helmets are protected by a rubber coating which also minimises noise from particle bounce back.
- Panorama has a triple protection screen consisting of a polycarbonate inner, protective wire mesh, and peel off away outer visor.
- Defender has a triple protection screen consisting of a polycarbonate inner, glass screen, and protective wire mesh.

All blast helmets only provide the correct protection when as part of a system and in full accordance with manufacturer’s instructions which are enclosed with each product. Helmets must be connected to a breathing air filter to supply clean breathable air at the correct flow rate.
