Blast Cabinets - Pressure Feed
Introduction
Our range of Pressure Feed Blasting Cabinets are free standing, self contained blast cleaning machines suitable for removing tough coatings at a high production rate, and using wide a range of blast media.
Available from The Surface Finishing Equipment Group - Abraclean in the Northwest UK and Hogg Blasting and Finishing Equipment in the Northeast UK.
Our pressure Blast Cabinet is an industrial standard heavy duty cabinet designed for use on a wide variety of abrasive blasting media and applications.
The only requirements other than abrasive are 3 phase power and compressed air connections.
Key Blast Cabinet features include
- Pressure Vessel provides high power blasting for a variety of applications
- Cleans up to 5 times as fast as a suction cabinet
- Heavy gauge steel construction.
- Safety door interlock – prevents system operating while cabinet door is open.
- Work area of 1200mm wide x 915mm deep x 900mm high
- Door opening size of 860mm wide x 800mm high.
- A cyclone abrasive separator – automatically recovers and cleans abrasive during operation.
- Reverse pulse dry cartridge dust collector filters air flow prior to discharge to atmosphere.
- Wear resistant rubber gloves – protects operator and provides long wear life.
- Laminated glass window
- Suitable for used in high production environments.
- Compressed air regulator allows blasting pressure to be varied for different applications.
- High performance blast gun with tungsten carbide blast nozzle– provides faster and more efficient cleaning.
- Blow down gun – to removed dust from work piece.
- The interior of the cabinet is fitted with fluorescent lighting and visibility is enhanced with a down draught of clean ventilating air that sweeps dust away from the large window during blasting. Enhanced visibility allows the operator to see the work piece at all times and eliminates over blasting which results in reduced media and air usage and increased productivity.
- Precision metering valves allow precise control of media entering into the air stream and enables full utilisation of a wide range of blast media sizes and types.
